Please read the terms concerning cancellation of your participation under 'prices'! Due to administrative reasons we are unable to accept requests for cancellation outside these terms!

In the extremely unlikely case of the festival to be cancelled, all ticket and package purchases will be returned in full.

The name Danubiando, Budapest Tango Festival, logo and concept is the trade mark of the organizers. The content of this webpage may be used by naming the source and providing a link to the original page.

Attention! The festival is a series public events where photos and videos may be made of any performer or participant except where explicitly prohibited. Such recordings made during the events of the festival will be used for the promotion of tango and coming tango festivals.

It is a requirement of making such recordings during any event on the festival, that the making of a recording cannot disturb the public or the performers. We also require that the artist sends, on his/her own expense, a fully featured, full resolution (in case of non-digital photos, a 10Mpx+ resolution scan of the originals) version of the recordings to the organizers. The use of flash is prohibited!

Recordings may only be used for private purposes, the sale of prints and DVD-s by the artist. A recording may not be made public if it is defamatory, or if it can be reasonably expected that the models on the recording might not condone the publishing of said recording.

Please note, that no video recordings may be made on workshops and theatre shows.

If the artist does not follow the above requirements, (s)he is due to pay a fixed fee of 200 EUR per event to the organizer.
